    WELSH HISTORY TO FORGET: GET A LOAD OF THIS AND IN THE HEARTLAND OF SOCIALIST WALES TOO?


    In November 1934 the Schools in the Socialist Pontypridd area had not been closed so the kids could have a day off to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince George and Princess Marina of Greece - The Duke and Duchess of Kent. They were to be married at Westminster Abbey, of course they were! Now I just know you will be gagging for more info on this and wondering what the hell it's got to do with Wales in 1934.
