Following which all participants will be requested to set up 'Welsh Republican Clubs' in their communities not Face Books but for real Community Clubs, at this early stage as 'Welsh Republican D&D Circles' that will work out Theory and Policy Practise of a WRM III. This will assist in developing a WRM III Constitution. That is sufficient to get on with during 2011 but in 2012. To conclude, to 3: The WR Commission reconvenes WR Convention at which results of 'WR Club's Labours are voted on to produce a 'WR Constitution', the Convention will then officially constitute the 'WR Congress' as the official body as representing a developing WRM III and a Welsh Republican Struggle. The Congess will have elected to run it's affairs and future agendas a 'WR National Directorate' with six 'WR Regional Directorates' to have authority for 'WR Clubs' with in their Regions, in such way a WRM III will grow throughout the land.
Following on above all of sound 'Welsh Republican Intention' forget all about Remembering 1282 and all that and think more of Remembering 1797/1798 (see previous posts on the French at Fishguard) and what might have been if we had taken aboard French Revolutionary Ideas as had the Irish under Wolfe Tone and the United Irishmen:
